Shipping Rates are for Continental US ONLY - All others (including Alaska/Hawaii & Canada) will be rebilled to your credit card for additional shipping before package is shipped. Please be aware that International shipments may incur import taxes upon arrival, depending upon your country's policies.

 

   

As most of our items are Vintage, Shabby and Chic, Antiques, Timeworn or Custom Made~ all sales are FINAL, and we do not accept returns.  Vintage and antique items are not always perfect. We strive to be as accurate as possible with descriptions and disclosing any flaws or damage, PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY, and should you have a question~ask before making the purchase! We will not be held accountable for any unintentional typos or mistakes in our listings. Purchase with confidence as we have been selling on the internet since 1999, and have sold literally thousands of items with a large base of regular, satisfied customers!

Sorry, since most of our items are One Of A Kind, we don't offer a print catalog, and cannot offer to wholesale our items..

 

We list at least twice a week, unless we are on a Buying Trip or at a show. We cannot reserve items, as many of our items are sought after by more then one individual and sell quickly. We DO NOT PRESELL ITEMS before listing, nor do we sell on approval.

We also welcome PAYPAL PAYMENTS.   Pay me securely with any major credit card through PayPal!  

 

 

Our online ordering system is secured by SSL Encryption for the highest level of Internet Security.

 

 

 

Our Shopping Cart System is very easy to use, and our preferred method of payment is credit card, or Paypal payment. Unfortunately we no longer accept payment by check or money order unless you have shopped with us before this way. Unfortunately we had to put this policy into place, as recently we have had too many potential buyers fill out mail in orders and not send in payment~and it's not fair to those who may be wanting to purchase that same One Of A Kind item. Our Shopping Cart is encrypted and very secure, so you can feel totally confident ordering on~line. If you would prefer to call in your order, we will gladly process your credit card payment by phone.

 

There will be a 20% restocking fee on any and all credit card reversals or cancellations.

FLORIDA RESIDENTS MUST PAY 7 % SALES TAX OR PROVIDE US WITH A FAXED COPY OF A VALID RESALE CERTIFICATE.

Shipping:

Please note that items ordered may not be shipped together, as we have seven artists on our website who ship from their own locations....as well as our main office in Florida. Rest assured that we do keep track of each and every item sold, and all items are shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation, and will be shipped as quickly and safely as possible~please allow us sufficient time. 

Domestic items are shipped either US Priority Mail insured, DHL Ground insured, FedEx Ground insured, or UPS insured.... at our discretion....depending on the size and weight of the item. International items are shipped via US Airmail insured. Some items are oversized and can not be shipped Internationally, so please check with us prior to purchase. In the event of an overcharge of any significant amount on shipping due to combining items, we will cheerfully issue a refund if requested.

 

We strive to package our items as securely as possible for safe arrival, all items are shipped fully insured. Please check packages immediately upon arrival, and report any damages to us. We will assist in filing claims when necessary and provide the shipper with all required information. Once claim is filed it is up to the buyer to follow thru with the shipping company.

 

Layaway:Layaway may be offered on some of our higher priced items and is to be arranged in advance of purchase. We generally require from 1/3 to 1/2 down payment, with the balance to be paid within a month. NOTE: Layaway is a legal and binding contract. Layaway deposits are NON~REFUNDABLE, and will be forfeited if payments are not made by due date unless prior arrangements are made.

 

Privacy:

Shabbyfufu will not under any circumstances share your name, address, telephone number, or email address with any third party without your permission. We respect your privacy, and use this information only to process your order. We do not share our mailing list with any third parties.
